Hello once again !

I hope none of you are actually yawning. Because of insomnia not because my blog is boring.

I would like to help a few members which i spoke to about sleep.. beauty sleep, they asked for my advice on how to cure insomnia and to have quality sleep. I do agree some crystals will help you to tune in the frequency of a deep sleep. However, we should also do our part to keep up a good habit of sleeping. YES! maintaining a good habit of sleeping can give you energy strength and concentration the next day!

Here it goes .... hope you find this useful

1. Keep a sleeping time fix
- This might sound easy to do. When was the last time you actually did it? To go into our dreamland easily, our body needs to maintain a timetable similar to things that you do, So start training a specific time to sleep and keep to this.

2. No food / caffine drinks before bedtime
- So say No to SUPPER! No to late night coffee trip to coffeebeans, starbucks or coffeeshop. Caffeine spike up your sugar level and keeps you awake. Eating too full before bedtime, gives you indigestion and also makes sleeping bad. try to keep to meal time 3 hrs before bedtime.. and .. less carbohydrates have more fibre, fruits and protein.

3, Ease off all electromagnetic equipments / mental excitement 1 hr before sleep
- Our mind is active. the best to rest the mind, is to allow ur mind to be quiet away from computer, tv, visual excitements like horror show, or actions show.. it is best to do some quiet sitting 1/2 hr before bedtime to let your mind relax so it can fall into sleep mode

4.Keep Amethyst or Rose Quartz by your bedside for a good night sleep

Missing the Whole Picture

This happen to everyone of us, including you who are reading this. I hope to keep this post short and sweet.

At any point of our life, we were guilty of self righteouness. If you could remember. We condemn others actions but always fail to see that actually we are doing it subconsciously too.

We always fail to see the whole picture or the full picture.
Eg: I was walking past a buddhist diety festival near my house one day and the fragrance of roasted pig followed the wind and well, it got me hungry. I walk around their kitchen and saw the cook, killing live fish, frying vegetables and as well as roasting the poor piglets on the charcoal stove! Immediately i say, horror! such bad karma. how can they do this in a festival dedicated to a GOD. ?

As soon as i slowly stroll back home, i was reflecting on how gross such events were. But then slowly by slowly the feeling of gross or saddness falls into guilt and compassion. I recall, During chinese new year, my family would have a feast of pork, chicken, fish and duck, I recall, during my birthday and even any celebration, i suggested lots of food. In exchange for our pleasure, i choose the life of another.

Now all these sounds so familiar how about the next story,

I have a vegetarian friend, a strict vegetarian friend, who refuses to eat anything to do with meat, and proudly he will always boast of his meat free kitchen, meaning, his wok and pans are never used for cooking meat before. I feel happy for him but at the same time, i felt sad too

Once we went on an outing, visiting our friends during chinese new year. And was invited to dine with the family that we are visiting. Kowning that one of us is vegetarian, the grandmother took the trouble to cook a vegetarian dish for him. Upon reaching the house. My friend who was vegetarian was very skeptical about the dish and started questioning the good intention of the host and started to talk about his strict vegetarian diet.

Upon hearing this, the grandmother was very worried that she does not play a good host, immediately took leave saying that she is meeting an old friend, she went to the nearest store to buy a new wok, a new set of plates and cutlery , some fresh vegetables and a new cup. When she came back this was the point i felt sad.
I saw how much effort she take just to please one brainless vegetarian friend.

Now, my vegetarian friend fail to see the whole picture. It is alright to be kind to animals, But by forcing his strict diet samples to other, he causes many misery. Imagine, what if the family we are visiting is poor? the kind of environmental unfriendly actions that we have to do to make him happy. new cutlery? new plates ? new cups ? all these are natural resource.

So dear friends, it is not wrong to be happy or having one set of beliefs and value. But before you start to impose your beliefs and values or sneer at others beliefs and value, let us gently remind ourselves to reflect and think. The world is round, we are living in a cycle. whatever the other person did, you might have done it before or will even do it in the future. So instead fo sneering at others, we should strive to be all encompassing. No one is perfect.

Its same as using crystals, I hope when you use crystals, you will not abuse the special benefits of crystals to be full of yourself. eg : wearing a crystals for health, and u still indulge in fried food unhealthy food and still hoping to be healthy.

Remember, crystals brings positive energy to you. but it only opens the road to happiness, joy, frienship, luck m wealth. But it all takes ur hard work too ...

Dear friends,

Many of us spend alot of time in our office. Unconsciously office become our second home and we do recall at times we felt uneasy when we were on off or on holiday.

Since we are spending alot of time there working. these are few simple tips using crystals or fengshui tools to help you grow, succeed and avoid all obstacles.

1. Clean your clutter.
- This may sound familiar. I believe we all know this. But many of you still do not understand the importance of cleaning up the clutter. Imagine this : A river with many rubbish and stones and rocks will stop the water from flowing. Therefore creating a blockage.
So inorder to excel and move up the corporate ladder, we need to let the water flow. Water means life, life means growing. In chinese 'SHEN CHI' . Please find time to clean your clutter.

2. Display of Crystal Cluster or any crystals spheres
- After cleaning up your clutter, you will start to feel relief. And the same time, similar to river, when the river is clear, animals plants will start to grow around it as its the giver of life. So it applies to you. you will become the centre of attraction of success and good luck. Now is the time to bring life and also to avoid conflict.
Display a medium size crystals cluster if space allow or a small crystal sphere right on your table on the left with a small pot of plants [no fake one pls] or an image of a god which you believe in.
this is automatically brings you love, peace, and curl all politics.

3. Have good lightning.
- If possible be where all windows are, that give you light. Natural light is good as it creates yang energy to spur you on towards your goal, light is the opposite of darkness, so it helps to light up your path to success. if there is no light, if possible get a small table lamp [ place it on the left side same side as ur plants and crystals ] to bring upon career luck.

4. Beware of your back !

- Sometime our seating arrangement can be so that our back is open to the 'world' meaning you are facing the wall. Both seating arrangement is not good.
to avoid this, change. as your back is open. it is vulnerable to 'sha chi' and thus inviting back stabber. if you cannot shift. i would suggest you put a 'dragon tortoise' on your table or hang a small crystal ball right behind your chair.
If you seating facing the wall, shift, as wall means blockage. therefore your future is limited. you may consider putting up a nice scnery picture to show unlimited path of success.

5. office politics ?
- simple cure, ignore and work. however this is getting too much, you might consider placing a rooster on your table. in fengshui rooster helps to get rid of such politics. if rooster looks ugly. you can consider putting rose quartz or amethyst to help bring your gui ren to you and bring love to pple around you.

Cleansing your crystals

The various method to cleanse your crystals

Remember to cleanse your crystals from time to time. Especially jewellery crystals that you wear during the day.
It is known that crystals absorb negative energies. So after a long day out at work, interacting with friends or visiting hospital or funeral. Take out your crystals and use the various method which i am going to teach you now.

How do you know when you crystals need immediate cleansing,? when your crystals look dull and looks 'exhausated' and when you feel that the power seems to be lacking and you are feeling negative.

take it out and charge for 1 to 2 days before wearing again

Hold under running water
- the most common method. it is best to run it on natural mineral water. But tap water can also be used.
hold under running water for 1 to 2 mins, visualise negative enegry flow out. and positive energy returning back to you.

Put under the sun
- Sunlight bathing can increase the yang energy of the crystals. Moonlight can do the magic too.
Beware, not all crystals can sun bathe. especially amethyst. cause color might fade
Leave under sunlight for 10 to 15 mins or moonlight overnight.

I have come across many individuals asking me questions like, where do crystals come from? why choose crystals? who can own crystals ? what are crystals ? and if i were to get one crystals, which crystals to choose?

Ok, here are some common answers for the common questions that you are wondering about,.

1. Where do crystals come from?
Ans : Crystals come from various part of the world. Some are found in America, Australia, Tazmania, Africa etc. they are found deep in the cave. Similar to harvesting bird nest or gold, Crystals Miners goes through the same dangerous manner to obtain the best crystals for you and me. Crystals that form deep inside the cave and is hard to mine normally are more expensive as these crystals absorb the highest form of earth vibrational energy.

2. Why choose Crystals?

Breathing with OM!

Hi all,

Before you begin even reading or trying to read this blog in your busy time. Take time to read this important post and do OM! breathing 3x to calm your mind and read on.

Om.! the syllabus of freedom. santifying and purifying grace to all.

This syllabus OM! means different to different people. But OM! to me represents my grounding and at the same time uplifting joy.

When we sit quietly after a long stressful day at work. We close our eyes. We take in a deep breath, Breathe out and mindfully say OM for as long as one breath take. You can feel the negative energy dispells from your root chakra and the at the same time brighten up your crown chakra. ( do your visualisation )

Dear friends, breathing is one good sign of relaxation. When we are stress we normally will take in deep breath aka sighing. but in reality, the huge gasp of air we take brings much relieve to your brain cell.This is not a good practice for our mind and soul. As we sigh, we absorb all the negative energy or vibrations around.

This practise of saying OM in one breath is one of the most effective quick stress buster for us.difference from sighing, when we practise the breathing techniques of OM! and simple visualisation. we can end each breath with a smile and gradually, you will find your life brighten up . problem solved.
