Before you begin even reading or trying to read this blog in your busy time. Take time to read this important post and do OM! breathing 3x to calm your mind and read on.
Om.! the syllabus of freedom. santifying and purifying grace to all.
This syllabus OM! means different to different people. But OM! to me represents my grounding and at the same time uplifting joy.
When we sit quietly after a long stressful day at work. We close our eyes. We take in a deep breath, Breathe out and mindfully say OM for as long as one breath take. You can feel the negative energy dispells from your root chakra and the at the same time brighten up your crown chakra. ( do your visualisation )
Dear friends, breathing is one good sign of relaxation. When we are stress we normally will take in deep breath aka sighing. but in reality, the huge gasp of air we take brings much relieve to your brain cell.This is not a good practice for our mind and soul. As we sigh, we absorb all the negative energy or vibrations around.
This practise of saying OM in one breath is one of the most effective quick stress buster for us.difference from sighing, when we practise the breathing techniques of OM! and simple visualisation. we can end each breath with a smile and gradually, you will find your life brighten up . problem solved.
