I hope none of you are actually yawning. Because of insomnia not because my blog is boring.

Here it goes .... hope you find this useful
1. Keep a sleeping time fix
- This might sound easy to do. When was the last time you actually did it? To go into our dreamland easily, our body needs to maintain a timetable similar to things that you do, So start training a specific time to sleep and keep to this.

2. No food / caffine drinks before bedtime
- So say No to SUPPER! No to late night coffee trip to coffeebeans, starbucks or coffeeshop. Caffeine spike up your sugar level and keeps you awake. Eating too full before bedtime, gives you indigestion and also makes sleeping bad. try to keep to meal time 3 hrs before bedtime.. and .. less carbohydrates have more fibre, fruits and protein.
3, Ease off all electromagnetic equipments / mental excitement 1 hr before sleep
- Our mind is active. the best to rest the mind, is to allow ur mind to be quiet away from computer, tv, visual excitements like horror show, or actions show.. it is best to do some quiet sitting 1/2 hr before bedtime to let your mind relax so it can fall into sleep mode
4.Keep Amethyst or Rose Quartz by your bedside for a good night sleep
- Crystals such as Amethyst and Rose Quartz can help to induce good night sleep. While Amethyst helps with the brain frequency and is a well know calming stone to cure insomnia, Rose quartz helps you to relax your anger and inadequacy to help you come in term of what has passed, So with a calm mind and a peaceful heart. Surely good sleep belongs to you always from now ..
